Graduals, and how I use them in my programming, involve incorporating gradually increasing the repetitions performed for each successive set or gradually decreasing the reps for each successive set.
Maybe you have done something like this before or you could be doing something like this now by chance, by just adding or decreasing weights on your successive sets. Whether you have purposely designed a program this way or fell into this type of programming, luck you, graduals could be a great option for you to give a shot.
