Introducing The 12 Days of Gains—our festive fitness challenge that keeps you strong, consistent, and ready to crush it through the most wonderful (and calorie-heavy) time of the year.


What It Is

For 12 consecutive days, you’ll complete a short, power-packed workout inspired by the classic 12 Days of Christmas—but with a whole lot more sweat and gains. Each day adds a new exercise, building up to a full-body burner by Day 12.

It’s a mix of strength, cardio, and core—quick enough to fit into any holiday schedule, but tough enough to keep your metabolism firing.


How It Works

Just like the song, the challenge builds:

  • On Day 1, do 1 exercise.

  • On Day 2, do the Day 2 exercise plus Day 1.

  • On Day 3, do Day 3 plus Days 2 and 1… and so on.

By Day 12, you’ll have a full lineup of 12 movements—stacked, sweaty, and downright legendary.
