The Viking Raid Adjustable Press attachment introduces multi-angle pressing capability to your landmine system. Designed for shoulder and chest development, it allows lifters to customize pressing paths for improved comfort and activation.

PROBLEMS IT SOLVES:

Fixed-angle Viking press attachments restrict shoulder positioning and limit muscle engagement. Lifters are forced to adapt to the equipment instead of dialing in their ideal angle. The adjustable design eliminates this constraint.

In-stock products will ship out 3-5 business days after purchase. Please check the individual products for specific ship dates.

What is the Edge Core Post?

The Edge Core Post is a wall-mounted 3 × 3-inch steel training post designed to bring power-rack attachment functionality to spaces where a traditional rack may be too large.

Mount one Core Post to create a compact training hub for landmine, cable, supported, posterior-chain, and accessory exercises. Install two Core Posts to build a minimalist wall-mounted rack system for expanded barbell training.

It is not merely a mount. It is a reconfigurable foundation that allows your home gym to expand without filling the room with additional machines.

Can the Edge Core Post replace a power rack?

For many home-gym users and training styles, yes.

A single Edge Core Post can replace the need for a full rack when your training primarily involves:

• Landmine presses, rows, squats, and rotational exercises
• Infinity Arm-supported exercises
• Nordic curls and posterior-chain training
• Cable and resistance-band exercises
• Adjustable attachment-based training
• Bodyweight and accessory movements

Installing two properly spaced Core Posts creates a minimalist rack alternative capable of supporting compatible J-cups, safeties, barbell attachments, and other rack-mounted equipment.

The right configuration depends on the exercises you perform, the attachments used, and the structure of the installation.

Who should consider the Edge Core Post instead of a traditional rack?

The Core Post is an excellent option for people who want serious training capability but do not want a large steel cage dominating the room.

It is particularly well suited for:

• Small home gyms
• One-car garages
• Apartments where permanent structural installation is permitted
• Basements
• Bonus rooms
• Spare bedrooms
• Family workout spaces
• Personal-training studios
• Physical-therapy or rehabilitation spaces
• Athletic-training facilities
• Anyone who already owns rack attachments but lacks room for a complete rack

It also works well as a second attachment station beside an existing rack.

What makes the Core Post different from a wall-mounted folding rack?

A folding rack still uses multiple uprights, crossmembers, arms, and floor space when opened. The Edge Core Post reduces the system to its most essential foundation: a single attachment-capable 3 × 3 post.

You decide what functionality to add and when to add it. This creates a cleaner wall, a more scalable footprint, and fewer permanent components.

Instead of unfolding an entire rack to use one attachment, you connect the equipment you need directly to the Core Post.

What makes it different from a simple wall-mounted landmine?

A conventional wall-mounted landmine performs one primary function. The Edge Core Post creates an entire vertical attachment platform.

In addition to the Edge Landmine Bar, the Core Post is designed to support compatible equipment such as:

• Infinity Arm
• Rack-Mounted Glute Ham Developer
• Edge Backbone Rail
• Cable trainers
• Resistance-band attachments
• Storage attachments
• Compatible third-party 3 × 3 rack accessories

A landmine mount gives you a pivot point. The Core Post gives you a system.

Why is the Edge Core Post ideal for small spaces?

Traditional racks require a permanent footprint whether you are using them or not. The Core Post places the training foundation against the wall and keeps the center of the room available for movement.

Attachments can be installed, repositioned, folded, or removed depending on their design. This makes it possible to train in a multipurpose room and reclaim the open floor afterward.

It provides greater capability density: more exercise options from less permanent equipment.

How much room does the Edge Core Post require?

The post itself occupies minimal floor space because it mounts vertically against the wall. The operating space required depends on the attachment and exercise being performed.

For example, landmine training requires open floor space in front of the post, while an Infinity Arm requires clearance for the arm, user, and resistance. A two-post barbell system will require additional wall width and safe barbell clearance.

Plan the complete training zone—not only the post’s dimensions—before choosing the installation location.

What Exponent Edge attachments work with the Core Post?

The Edge Core Post is being developed as the foundation for the Exponent Edge attachment ecosystem, including:

• Edge Landmine Bar System
• Infinity Arm
• Rack-Mounted Glute Ham Developer
• Edge Backbone Rail (coming soon)
• Compatible pins, bands, cable systems, and future attachments

This allows one post to support landmine training, pressing, rowing, arm training, posterior-chain work, Nordic curls, core exercises, and other movements.

Can I use the Infinity Arm with the Edge Core Post?

Yes. The Infinity Arm can be mounted at different heights along the Core Post to provide chest, back, head, or arm support.

Together, the products create options for:

• Chest-supported rows
• Dumbbell presses and flyes
• Back-supported shoulder presses
• Curls and triceps exercises
• Lateral and rear-delt raises
• Cable exercises
• Hip thrusts and bridges
• Other supported isolation movements

The Core Post gives the Infinity Arm a dedicated training station without requiring a full power rack.

Can I use the RMGHD with the Edge Core Post?

Yes. The Rack-Mounted Glute Ham Developer can turn the Core Post into a compact Nordic curl, posterior-chain, core, and lower-body station.

Potential exercises include:

• Nordic hamstring curls
• Assisted Nordic curls
• Hamstring bridges
• Core exercises
• Back-extension variations
• Bulgarian split squats
• Planks and isometric holds

The attachment can be removed when the post is needed for another type of training.

How does the Edge Landmine Bar work with the Core Post?

The Edge Landmine Bar attaches directly to the Core Post, creating a compact landmine-training station with adjustable placement along the post.

This allows you to perform:

• Landmine presses
• Landmine rows
• Landmine squats
• Belt squats
• Viking presses
• Rotational exercises
• Athletic and explosive movements
• Lower-body and full-body complexes

The bar can be repositioned or placed into a storage position when training is complete.

One magnetic pin. One pull. Zero wasted footprint.

Can the Core Post be used with cable systems?

The Core Post is intended to support compatible rack-mounted cable systems such as Voltra and Beyond Power equipment, along with suitable strap- and band-based resistance systems.

Compatibility depends on the attachment’s mounting dimensions, hole diameter, hole spacing, operating clearance, and load direction. Confirm all specifications before purchasing or connecting third-party equipment.

The cable system is sold separately.

Will other companies’ rack attachments fit the Edge Core Post?

The Core Post’s 3 × 3-inch construction is designed to provide compatibility with many rack attachments from Exponent Edge and other equipment manufacturers.

Potential third-party attachments include compatible:

• Cable systems
• Utility seats
• Dip attachments
• Leg rollers
• Step-up platforms
• Landmine attachments
• Band pegs
• Storage accessories
• J-cups and safeties
• Other rack-mounted training tools

However, “3 × 3” does not guarantee universal compatibility. Manufacturers may use different hole diameters, hole spacing, metric measurements, pin lengths, brackets, or mounting patterns. Always compare the exact attachment specifications before purchasing.

Can I use the Core Post as a dedicated attachment station next to my existing rack?

Yes. You do not have to choose between a Core Post and a full rack.

Installing a Core Post beside an existing rack can create a separate station for the Infinity Arm, Landmine Bar, RMGHD, cable trainer, or other frequently used attachment. This prevents multiple users or exercises from competing for the same rack upright.

It can expand the capability of an established gym without requiring another complete rack.

What is the benefit of having a dedicated attachment post?

Rack attachments provide significant training value, but frequently installing, removing, and repositioning them on the primary rack can interrupt workouts.

A dedicated Core Post allows you to:

• Keep frequently used attachments ready
• Create a separate landmine or cable station
• Preserve the main rack for barbell work
• Train multiple people at once
• Reposition equipment along a full vertical post
• Add new functionality without buying another rack
• Expand a family or small-group training space

It turns rack attachments into a complete training station rather than occasional accessories.

Can two Edge Core Posts create a minimalist power rack?

Yes. Mounting two Core Posts at the proper spacing creates a minimalist wall-mounted rack alternative.

With compatible equipment, two posts can support:

• J-cups
• Barbell positioning
• Safety systems
• Squats
• Bench presses
• Overhead presses
• Rack pulls
• Attachment-based training
• Cable and band work

You receive two attachment-capable uprights without the cage, crossmembers, or permanent floor footprint of a traditional power rack.

Is a two-post Core Post setup the same as a full power cage?

No. Two Core Posts can reproduce many important functions of a rack, but they do not automatically provide the enclosure, crossmembers, pull-up bar, or surrounding safety structure of a complete power cage.

Barbell training requires compatible J-cups and an appropriate safety system. The wall, mounting hardware, post spacing, installation quality, and intended load must all be evaluated before use.

The Core Post’s advantage is modularity. You add the functions your training requires instead of permanently installing every part of a cage.

Can I bench press and squat with the Core Post?

Yes, with the Edge Backbone Rail (coming soon).

Do not perform loaded barbell exercises from a single Core Post unless the specific attachment and exercise were designed for that configuration. Product capacities and final installation requirements should be followed exactly when released.

What is the Edge Backbone Rail?

The Edge Backbone Rail is part of the planned Core Post ecosystem and is intended to expand the platform into barbell pressing, squatting, and rack-style training.

The final capabilities, compatibility, weight ratings, and required Core Post configuration will be confirmed from the Backbone Rail specifications when it becomes available.

Does the Edge Core Post attach to one wall stud?

The current system is designed so each Core Post anchors along a single properly located structural wall stud.

That creates a narrow mounting footprint, but it also makes stud identification, mounting hardware, wall construction, and installation quality critically important. A single-stud mounting design does not mean it can be installed into drywall alone.

Follow the final installation instructions and hardware requirements exactly.

Can it be installed on any wall?

No. The Core Post must be installed into a structure capable of supporting the forces created by the post, attachment, user, and resistance.

Drywall alone is not a structural mounting surface. Concrete, masonry, wood framing, metal framing, finished walls, and nonstandard construction may require different hardware or professional evaluation.

If you are uncertain about the wall or stud, consult a qualified contractor or structural professional before installation.

Does the Core Post include mounting hardware?

The final PDP should identify exactly which wall-mounting hardware is included and which hardware must be selected according to the wall structure.

Because different walls require different anchors and fasteners, customers should never substitute general-purpose hardware without confirming that it is appropriate for the mounting surface and intended forces.

Can attachments move to different heights?

Yes. One of the Core Post’s central advantages is the ability to reposition compatible attachments vertically along the post.

This lets different users and exercises share the same foundation. A landmine mount can sit near the floor, an Infinity Arm can move to chest or shoulder height, and other attachments can be positioned wherever the compatible hole pattern permits.

You are not buying one fixed station. You are building a reconfigurable platform.

Is the Core Post suitable for a family workout space?

Yes. Its adjustable attachment height and modular design allow multiple household members to configure the system around different bodies, exercises, and goals.

One person might use it for heavy landmine rows, another for supported dumbbell work, and another for Nordic curl progressions or resistance-band exercises.

As the family’s training changes, the system can expand instead of being replaced.

Can personal trainers and small studios use the Core Post?

Yes. The Core Post can create dedicated landmine, cable, supported-training, posterior-chain, or rehabilitation-style stations without installing another full rack.

Multiple posts can also be placed along a wall to create individual training stations while preserving open floor space for coaching, movement, and group sessions.

Is the Core Post a closed Exponent Edge system?

No. It is being designed as an expandable platform.

Exponent Edge attachments form the core ecosystem, but the 3 × 3 post is also intended to accept compatible third-party equipment where the dimensions and mounting patterns align.

Customers can begin with the training capability they need today and add attachments as their goals, family needs, budget, or available space change.

Why is the Edge Core Post a better long-term investment than a single-purpose machine?

A single-purpose machine typically performs one movement and permanently occupies space. The Edge Core Post provides a common foundation for multiple attachments and training styles.

Instead of replacing equipment when your needs change, you can expand the system:

• Add landmine training
• Add supported pressing and rowing
• Add Nordic curl and posterior-chain work
• Add cable resistance
• Add barbell capability
• Add compatible future attachments

The Core Post moves the customer from a replacement cycle to an expansion cycle.

Is the Edge Core Post only about saving space?

No. Its compact footprint is important, but its greater value is capability density.

The Core Post lets you position attachments along a strong vertical foundation, combine equipment in new ways, create dedicated stations, and evolve the system over time.

It is premium performance designed for the home—not reduced equipment designed around compromise.

When will the Edge Core Post be available?

Very Soon! Final pricing, capacities, configurations, compatibility details, included hardware, installation requirements, and availability will be published when pre-order begins.

Customers should join the Exponent Edge email or SMS list for launch and preorder updates.

What makes the Edge Anchor Hook different from a standard landmine attachment?

Most landmine attachments give you one handle, grip, or movement. The Edge Anchor Hook gives you an attachment point.

That means one compact piece can connect the Edge Landmine Bar to:

• Resistance bands
• Carabiners
• Cable handles
• Rope attachments
• Loading straps
• Functional-training accessories
• Compatible future Edge attachments

It does not lock you into one exercise. It provides the connection needed to start creating new ones.

What problem does the Edge Anchor Hook solve?

Bands, straps, ropes, and cable handles are difficult to connect securely to a barbell in a landmine sleeve. Improvised knots and attachment points can shift, slide, damage equipment, or place resistance somewhere it was never intended to go.

The Edge Anchor Hook creates a dedicated connection point on the Edge Landmine Bar, allowing compatible accessories to be attached quickly and more consistently.

Less improvising. More training.

How does the Edge Anchor Hook expand landmine training?

The Edge Landmine Bar already moves through multiple heights, angles, and planes. The Anchor Hook adds another form of versatility by allowing external resistance and training accessories to connect directly to the bar.

This can create options for:

• Band-resisted landmine presses
• Band-resisted landmine squats
• Landmine cable rows
• Rope rows
• Face pulls
• Rotational exercises
• Woodchoppers
• Core and anti-rotation work
• Athletic-performance drills
• Controlled rehabilitation-style movements

The exact exercise options depend on where the Landmine Bar is mounted and how the connected resistance is anchored.

Can I use resistance bands with the Edge Anchor Hook?

Yes. The Anchor Hook creates a connection point for compatible resistance bands.

Bands may be used to add accommodating resistance, assistance, lateral tension, rotational resistance, or resistance from a different direction than the Landmine Bar alone provides.

Always inspect the band before use and ensure its opposite end is connected to a secure anchor that will not move or damage the band.

Can I attach cable handles to the Edge Anchor Hook?

Yes. Cable handles and other accessories with a compatible carabiner, strap, or connection loop can be attached to the Anchor Hook.

Potential options include:

• Single handles
• Row handles
• Triceps ropes
• Lat-pulldown bars
• Ankle straps
• Straight-bar cable attachments
• Other compatible functional-training handles

The Anchor Hook provides the connection point; it does not include or replace the resistance source.

Does the Edge Anchor Hook turn the Landmine Bar into a cable machine?

Not by itself.

The Anchor Hook allows the Edge Landmine Bar to connect with compatible cable handles, cables, straps, or external resistance systems. A complete cable exercise still requires an appropriate resistance source, routing path, anchor point, and sufficient clearance.

Think of the Anchor Hook as the bridge between the Landmine Bar and much of your other training equipment.

Can I use rope attachments with the Edge Anchor Hook?

Yes. Compatible rope attachments can connect through an appropriate carabiner or loop.

This can create options for landmine rows, face pulls, triceps exercises, rotational movements, core training, and other functional-strength exercises.

Can I use carabiners and loading straps?

Yes. The Edge Anchor Hook is designed to accept compatible carabiners, loading straps, and similar connection accessories.

All connecting equipment must be properly rated for the intended resistance. Do not use lightweight accessory clips, keychain carabiners, or unrated hardware for loaded exercise.

Your carabiner should be built for more than holding your truck keys.

Can I use the Anchor Hook for band-resisted landmine presses?

Yes. A resistance band can be connected to the Anchor Hook and a properly secured external anchor to change the resistance curve of a landmine press.

Depending on the setup, band tension can increase as the bar moves through the press. Begin with light band resistance and confirm the line of pull before performing faster or heavier repetitions.

Can I use it for band-resisted landmine squats?

Yes. The Anchor Hook can be incorporated into band-resisted squat variations when the Edge Landmine Bar and resistance band are positioned correctly.

The band’s anchor point will determine the direction and amount of resistance. Test the complete setup with minimal tension before adding meaningful resistance or external weight.

Can I perform rows with the Anchor Hook?

Yes. The Edge Anchor Hook can connect compatible handles, ropes, bands, or cable systems for rowing variations.

Potential movements include:

• Standing landmine rows
• Single-arm rows
• Rope rows
• High rows
• Rotational rows

The Edge Landmine Bar’s rack-mounted design allows the starting height to be changed, expanding the available lines of pull.

Can I use it for triceps and shoulder exercises?

Yes. Compatible rope and cable-style attachments can create options such as:

• Overhead triceps extensions
• Face pulls
• Front raises
• Lateral-raise variations
• High pulls
• Rotational shoulder exercises
• Biceps Curls
• And more

The suitability of each movement depends on the Anchor Hook position, Landmine Bar height, resistance source, and available clearance.

Can I use it for core and rotational training?

Yes. The combination of a pivoting Landmine Bar and an external attachment point makes the Anchor Hook particularly useful for rotational and anti-rotational training.

Potential exercises include:

• Woodchoppers
• Rotational pulls
• Anti-rotation holds
• Kneeling core movements
• Diagonal pulls
• Athletic rotational drills

Begin with controlled resistance before adding speed or explosive intent.

Can physical therapists or trainers use the Anchor Hook?

The Anchor Hook may be useful for qualified trainers and rehabilitation professionals who want adjustable resistance angles and controlled movement options.

However, it is exercise equipment—not a medical device. Exercise selection, resistance, range of motion, and progression should be appropriate for the individual.

Does the Edge Anchor Hook fit a standard Olympic barbell?

No. The Edge Anchor Hook is engineered exclusively for the Edge Landmine Bar.

It is not designed, tested, or guaranteed to fit a traditional barbell, generic landmine sleeve, or competing landmine system.

Why does the Anchor Hook only work with the Edge Landmine Bar?

The attachment was engineered around the Edge Landmine Bar’s dimensions and dedicated internal attachment interface.

This provides:

• A purpose-built connection
• Consistent positioning
• Fast installation and removal
• Better integration with the complete system
• Reduced reliance on improvised barbell connections
• Protection for the equipment and Exponent Edge engineering

This is an intentional part of the ecosystem—not a compatibility oversight.

How does the Anchor Hook install?

The Edge Anchor Hook installs directly into the dedicated attachment interface of the Edge Landmine Bar.

Before use:

1. Remove resistance and pressure from the bar.
2. Insert the Anchor Hook completely into the designated connection point.
3. Secure it using the supplied locking method.
4. Confirm that it cannot pull free.
5. Connect the compatible carabiner, band, rope, cable, or strap.
6. Test the complete setup with light resistance.
7. Recheck every connection before beginning the working set.

The final product instructions should identify the exact locking hardware and installation steps.

How quickly can I change attachments?

The Anchor Hook is designed for installation and removal in seconds.

That allows you to move from a traditional landmine exercise to a band-, cable-, rope-, or strap-based movement without rebuilding the entire training station.

Clip/Screw in. Hook up. Keep moving.

Is the Edge Anchor Hook included with the Landmine Bar?

The Anchor Hook must be purchased separately, unless specifically listed in a Bundle.

Does the Anchor Hook include a carabiner?

It does not. It comes with attachment screw only.

Can I use any carabiner, band, cable, or strap?

No. Every connected component must be compatible, undamaged, and appropriately rated for the intended resistance.

Do not use:

• Unrated carabiners
• Damaged or frayed bands
• Worn straps
• Connectors that cannot close completely
• Components that rub against sharp edges
• Equipment intended only for storage or non-training use

What safety checks should I perform?

Before every use:

• Confirm that the Edge Landmine Bar is securely mounted
• Confirm that the Anchor Hook is fully inserted and locked
• Inspect the Hook and connection hardware
• Inspect bands, cables, straps, ropes, and carabiners
• Check that every carabiner closes fully
• Test the resistance direction with a light load
• Make sure the bar has sufficient movement clearance
• Keep yourself and others out of the potential recoil path of bands or cables

Stop immediately if any component shifts, binds, bends, or appears damaged.

Is the Edge Anchor Hook good for a home gym?

Yes. It adds substantial training versatility without adding another machine or occupying permanent floor space.

One compact attachment allows your existing Edge Landmine Bar to interact with bands, ropes, straps, handles, cables, and functional-training accessories. It increases capability density—more exercise options from the equipment already in your gym.
