One of my favorite body parts and likely a favorite for many others is your pectoral muscles or chest. The chest is comprised of two major muscles; the pectoralis major and pectoralis minor. To maximize muscle growth, you will need to work both your upper chest and lower chest, something you may already know. There are certainly several chest exercises and movements you can perform in your chest workout to target each of these muscles but do you know them all? I probably don't know them all either but I think sharing more than 60 of them should be plenty.
