Pre-Order & Back-Order Policy (Out-of-Stock Items)

Pre-orders and back-orders allow you to reserve your spot in the production queue. 

Definition of a Back-Ordered Product
Back-ordered products are ongoing items that are temporarily out of stock. Each back-ordered item will show an ETA (estimated time of arrival) window directly on the product page so you know when it’s expected to land.

Payment & Reservation

To secure your unit and lock in your place in line, a 100% deposit is required at checkout. This ensures inventory is reserved specifically for you once the next batch arrives.

Cancellations & Changes

We get it—things happen. Here’s how cancellations and refunds work for back-orders:

24-Hour Grace Period
Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order → 100% refund of your deposit. No questions asked.

Before Manufacturing Begins
Cancel anytime after the first 24 hours, as long as your unit has not entered manufacturing → 90% refund of your deposit. (A 10% fee applies since materials and production scheduling are already in motion.)

During ManufacturingIf your order has already moved into manufacturing, you may still cancel → 85% refund of your deposit. (This accounts for the higher costs once your product is being built.)
